Sadista is on the shop floor today, overseeing the cleaning. But as usual, the only thing being cleaned is Her shoes. This means that nothing is done. Which means that the Disciplinary Staff are not happy and have to respond with kicks and punches and extra cruelty. Which means that there is even less opportunity for the inmates to actually work. Which perpetuates the cycle of violence.
