Pretty, elfin-faced Jeri Patterson is one brat destined for a wake-up call at Reform School. Innocent saucer eyes and school uniform are at odds with bright pink hair and a flaming-red attitude! Smoking, upsetting other students, the list is endless. Trustees Abigail Whittaker and Alison Miller use a wooden bath-brush for a stinging 30 swats to Jeri’s bouncing, bare bubble-butt. That works!
