Miss Birch is the office manager, she has a seriously under performing male employee but with her ‘special’ motivational techniques she plans to take ‘him in hand’ literally. To add to his punishment once his bottom is nicely red and on display she invites in one of his female colleagues to further his humiliation and join in on his punishment.
