Barriott Hotels is a high class hotel chain that caters to business executives. Young James is a little intimidated working for such a reputable establishment and is keen to make a good impression, especially with the demanding customers he encounters while at work. Even though he’s only a technician, he’s heard tales of staff that receive bad customer service reports from guests and are immediately dismissed.
